Guava
We don't always need to start from a blank page. Guava reached out with a challenge: refresh the brand without changing the logo.
The original name carried a lot of extra text beneath it, "Restaurant, Lounge, Garden", spelling out every space the venue represented. We simplified it to Guava Eden: short, clean, and built for how a brand actually communicates.

Guava Eden Brand Refresh: A full visual identity built around the existing logo, including new color palette, patterns, packaging, signage, and pool section elements. Based in Bucharest, Romania. Completed June 2026.

Guava wanted to shift away from its nightlife associations and lean into a garden-forward identity, one that let the nature surrounding the space do the talking. Sometimes elevating a brand isn't about starting over; it's about adding color, shaping the strategy, and building a universe around what already exists.
We introduced new colors, graphic elements, packaging for takeaway, updated visuals for the pool section, signage and directional signage, patterns, and more.
There was also no existing icon to represent the brand, until we realized it was already there, echoed in both the logo and the interior space itself. Sometimes the icon is right in front of you; it just needs the right person to point it out.
-
Rather than rebuilding from the ground up, the work centered on layering a new universe around the existing logo, a fresh color palette, patterns, and graphic language that shifted the brand from nightlife to garden-forward. That language carried through takeaway packaging, pool section visuals, and signage and directional signage throughout the space, with the newly identified icon tying every touchpoint back to the brand.
